Earlier this month we talked about the recent 9th Circuit Court ruling on the case brought forth by Wiccan chaplain Patrick McCollum in regards to the state of California's prison system. You'll recall that the court's opinion is that McCollum lacked the standing to file the lawsuit in the first place, and that the ruling was that such a suit must be brought by the affected parties, such as prisoners who are being denied clergy services. McCollum himself offered a brief comment on why it's so important that he continue this fight, via The Wild Hunt.
